This deck had been damaged from the poor drainage of
the gutters and down spouts. The damaged flooring and its supports were removed and replaced. The stucco was then cut to grade and replaced at a 45 degree angle to prevent further
damage. The gutters and down spouts drainage had to be corrected, as well. The staff was careful to inspect the main beam, flooring supports, and wall facial contact points in order to
insure a solid structure. The deck repaired, lightly stained and finished off with a sealer all to insure the enjoyment for years to come.

The water damaged stucco and window seal had to be removed and
replaced. The seal was replaced and all damaged wood, foam board, and stucco removed. The site was then re-framed, with insulation replaced, adding the foam board and stucco to complete the process.
