"Returns" any requests for credit due to discrepencies must be made within five business days from the date of the invoice. Credit will be issued on account to Net 30 customers. (Please make no deductions from payment until your credit memo is received.) All other refunds will be via credit card only. There is a 20% re-stocking charge for refused orders. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
