We're compiling the most comprehensive list of African American owned restaurants, catering companies, produce, wholesale foods, bakeries, etc. Our team of professionals have the knowledge, wisdom and education to insure a successful endeavor. The museum presents over 400 years African American Culinary and Hospitality contributions. An extensive archival collection provides the information needed to research the intricacies of our shared heritage. Some of our culinary culture and contributions are being destroyed and eradicated from the world. We are asking for corporate America which has benefited from our loyal support of their great products to cooperate together in a cooperative venture for economic revival. Private African American Business must be involved in harmony with corporate America, as a balancing factor to make this inevitable idea work.
