2. Methods for achieving goals
Everyone commits to the team by attending our formal team practice on Wednesday evenings @ 7pm @ McGhee.
One male and female who is not in the line-up on a specific Friday on which the matches are going to be played are to volunteer to attend those specific matches in case an emergency arises which would cause us
to have to substitute a player(s).
Partners will be set after we have had scrimmages among our teammates with differenct pairings, so we can make a determination, to the best of our ability, of the pairings that seemed to play well together.
Please note that these pairings will not be “set in stone” for the entire season, so changes could be made as needed.
